Come and sample Julia Corbett’s raw pie mandalas and elixirs as a “taster” of what she will be sharing during the full weekend of raw dessert classes at the Light Cellar. Julia will also be signing her books Sweet & Raw Pie Mandalas and the Raw Cookie Book.
There will be samples of raw pie mandalas, filled with superfoods and seasonal fruits as well as delicious elixirs all uniquely made by the talented Julia. What you will experience are the most nutritious and delicious pies around!

Learn the basics of making raw cookies, candies and chocolate treats, great for adults and children alike!
Perfect party food, or as a healthy daily treat, these raw sweets are made without refined ingredients and will include a variety of superfoods and adaptogenic herbs.
We will create: raw chocolate superfood brownies, lucuma caramels, mini fruit cream tartlets, and a citrus probiotic punch.

Join Julia Corbett in this advanced full day workshop, we will make an amazing array of superfood-herbal-infused dessert recipes, including your own personal Raw Mandala Pie! We will cover the benefits of including superfoods and herbs in your daily cuisine, and how they can enhance dessert recipes, through both flavor and feeling. Techniques will range from making herbal elixir drinks to superfood sandwich cookies to mandala pies. We will learn how the techniques used can be interchangeable through many types of dessert recipes, and how you can begin to formulate your own unique recipes.
This class will inspire you to be creative, not only in your recipes, but in the presentation with edible flowers, sauces and frostings, and the endless natural ways to decorate your creations.
We will make : rich raw chocolate cream-based mandala pie, a seasonal fruit mandala pie, wild berry elixir drink, warm herbal elixir drink, almond lemon sandwich cookies, lucuma cookie bites and more!
